MUSIC SECRETS
Do you think the music is the most important element to the success of your wedding? Most people would put it right up there with some of the top priorities.
  • ​Secret #1 - Normally we choose to play music in the beginning of reception that will motivate the entire room to get up and dance. We want elders up, parents, family, friends, and really all guests to be a part of the energy right from the beginning. Get the amazing momentum going from the start and the more generation specific music will come later! 
  • ​Secret #2 - Our playlists are never pre-set. We choose music based on the current energy of the room and the preplanning that was done with the client via our planning system. We are really good at playing the next song based on the reaction we get from the current song. If we are getting a great response in one genre we may stay there for a couple more songs before transitioning elsewhere. 
  • ​Secret #3 - Flawless transitions between music is where we really shine. We believe that is what places the real professionals on top. The ability to mix music and tempos from one song to the next without missing a beat is our specialty. What we do is an art. Don't tell anyone our secrets. :)
PLANNING YOUR WEDDING
We wanted to share with you our process during the planning. Once you sign on-board, you receive an invitation to our exclusive online planning system. Everyone involved in the wedding gets an invite including the couple, planner, along with any friends or family who you would like to be involved.

Our planning system allows us to plan the following with you:
  • Start times and order of events - overall perfecting the event flow
  • Music requests and preferred genres - what do you want to hear and what will resonate with your guests
  • Special songs for notable formalities - first dance, father/ daughter dance, mother/ son dance
  • Family and bridal party introductions
  • And many other details specific to each client...
CULTURAL DIVERSITY
We embrace cultural diversity with open arms. We are in the most culturally diverse place in the world. Our office is located in Midtown, New York City. Just within 100 miles of us is people speaking approximately 800 different languages. 

Many of our team members are from mixed backgrounds and you can imagine the variety of couples who come to us looking to blend cultures at their wedding. A lot. 

By now we have done weddings from people of cultures across the world. We can confidently say that we specialize in mixed culture weddings for everyone.

In dozens of cultures we have assisted in bringing formalities into their wedding. This includes ceremonies, cultural dances, special performances, and of course musical integration.
